Manistee County is home to a deep water port in the heart of Downtown Manistee. The Manistee River feeds into Lake Michigan and Great Lakes Shipping lakers have been traversing these waters since the turn of the century. Today, many of these ships frequent the industry located on Manistee Lake. Enjoy universal access at 9 sites throughout Manistee County. This project was lead by the AES team and is ongoing with hopes of having 50 sites by 2020. AES provides expansion and site loc.
